Winder / Rewinder (Doctor Machine) is widely used for online printing of Mfg Dt., Exp in any paper, film, and foil converging industries. Ta. B. number etc. Roll-to-roll at high speeds using inkjet printers or other contact coding machines and then these printed rolls are used in various packaging machines.
FEATURES:
The cantilever design balancing body is made for easy unloading and loading of the rebound reels. A Movable unwind stage is arranged for the hydraulic web liner (Edge Guiding System).
Mechanical 1.5 / 2.5 kg. Optional magnetic powder brakes are attached to the tension controller and torque control potentiometer. Provision has been made to include an inkjet printing system with a hot air ink drawing.
- This machine is specifically designed to repair badly damaged reels for inspection and doctoring operations.
- It serves as an excellent alternative to online coding and batching.
STRUCTURE FITTING:
M.S. CHANNEL FRAME BODY with mechanical clutch & break unwind/unwind system, unwind/rewind shaft & cones for printed material holding cores for printed material cores, alum – guide roller & all other standard accessories.
